Do you guarantee ADA compliance?
No responsible provider can. US courts evaluate ADA accessibility case-by-case based on facts. What we provide: documented, real steps toward WCAG 2.1 AA — the standard US courts reference. If any vendor claims "100% ADA compliant" or "lawsuit-proof", be skeptical — the FTC has scrutinized those claims.
Is this like AccessiBe or UserWay?
The widget is similar in concept. The difference is we combine it with real expert audits and source-code remediation. A widget alone has limits — and recent US court cases have ruled that overlay tools alone are not a legal defense.
What if I get a demand letter or lawsuit?
